Tuna Pesto Pasta

Ingredient for pesto sauce - basil - few leaves of mint - one oregano - 4 tomatoes - 1 carrot - 2 cloves garlic (cut into small chunks) - 1 big yellow onion

Other ingredients - pasta - olive oil - tuna

Method

Put all the ingredient for pesto sauce into blender. Put water and some oil into cooking pot and boil the pasta. Drain it and put the pasta into plate and put some extra virgin oil.

Put olive oil on the wok and after few minutes, put tuna and stir fry. Then put all the blended pesto sauce. Stir fry a while and put some sugar and salt. After finish, put on the pasta.
