How make salted eggs

Ingredients
Duck eggs
One pack of salt
Container



To make salted egg, it is very easy but you need to patient. It takes 30 - 32 days to make a perfect salted egg.

Method

1. Put water in a cooking pot. The amount of water is enough to fillup the whole container. Put salt. Turn off the heat when the salt has dissolved.

2. Let the water inside the cooking pot cool down first.

3. After the water has become cool, pour into a container. Then put the duck eggs. Cover the lid.

4. Leave the eggs like that for 30-32 days. Write down the date on a label and put it on the cover, so that you can remember when is the next 30-32 days.
