Ingredients
Two pandan leaves, knotted
750 ml water
150 ml evaporated milk
1 litre packet soya milk (I use Homesoy)
1 tin canned longan (I use Hosen brand)
1 packet agar agar/jelly powder (prefer Pearl Mermaid or Swallow Globe brand)
90g sugar
Instructions
1. Wash pandan leaves and soaked in salt water a while. After that, rinse and tie it into a knot.
2. Pour jelly powder into 250ml water and mix it well.
3. Put the pandan leaves and sugar into the 750ml water and boil it.
4. Then later put the jelly powder into the boiling water and mix well.
5. After the jelly is mixed well, pour the soya milk and mix well.
6. Off the heat after that. Then pour the evaporated milk.
7. Add the longan syrup according to your taste, on how sweet you want.
8. Then pour the mixture into containers and remove any bubbles. Let it set for two hours.
9. When the jelly is set, put the longan on top of it.
10. Put into fridge when it is no more hot.
